Despite manufacturing 15,000 – 20,000 PVCu windows and doors per year, we believe there is now a substantial and growing market for high quality Aluminium windows and doors, both in the domestic and commercial market place.

 To meet this increasing demand, Fleet Frames, in conjunction with its sister company Crown Architectural Aluminium Limited, is able to offer a complete range of aluminium products from a number of extrusion suppliers including Sapa Building Systems Limited, Senior Architectural Systems Limited (SAS) and Kawneer UK Limited, to satisfy the following requirements: -

All the above products are manufactured and assembled in our head office factory in Brunel Road, Newton Abbot and are supported by a dedicated team of specialists who are able to assist with most construction and quoting requirements.

Sapa Dual Frame 75mm Series

Sapa Building Systems' Dualframe 75mm series high performance window system is suitable for installation in new build or refurbishment projects covering residential, educational and commercial applications. Dual thermal break technology provides exceptional thermal efficiency, the casement window has achieved an 'A' Window Energy Rating (WER).

Secure multipoint locking as standard, additional high security options are available to achieve compliance with BS7950. The Dualframe suite of products are highly weather resistant enabling their use on exposed sites.

Available in either single or dual colour, with a large range of colours to choose from, available as fixed lights, top and side hung casement, fully reversible windows as well as vertical and horizontal sliding windows.

Sapa Dual Frame Doors

Suitable for both domestic and light commercial markets, the dualframe door can be used to achieve both traditional and contemporary styling.

Tested and awarded Kitemarks for PAS23-1:1999 (General Performance Requirements for Door Assemblies) & PAS24-1:1999 (Enhanced Security Performance Requirements for Door Assemblies) for the open in, open out and low threshold options.

Available in either single or dual colour, with a large range of colours to choose from. Stiles are designed to accept the full length Eurogroove to ensure compatibility with a wide range of hardware. In addition, integral ventilators can be used to control ventilation.

Sapa DualFold Sliding Folding Doors

The Dualfold sliding folding door retains the slim sightlines and true dual colour options as the rest of the Dualframe range, the easy-glide stainless steel wheels offer a totally smooth operation and are also totally obscured from view when the door is closed.

The Dualfold door features door hardware with a Eurogroove multipoint locking system, which is far stronger than the 'window' hardware used by some fabricators on doors of this kind, this also allows the Dualfold door to be fully operated from both outside and inside.

There is a low threshold option for ease of access, available as single or dual colour with a large range of colours to choose from, optional high security hinge bolts and handles and Dualfold is highly thermally efficient and will achieve compliance with Document L.

• Dualfold Part L complaint – the polyamide thermal break means the door can achieve a U value of 1.9 w/m2K

Crown Sliding Patio Door

The Crown sliding patio door combines slim sight lines with high security features to give the best possible outlook.

The Crown sliding patio door features a 5-point locking arrangement to ensure the door is firmly fixed to the frame to give peace of mind security. This is augmented by permanent anti-lift blocks to prevent panels being prised out whilst overlocking stiles prevent the doors being prised apart.

Additional security features are available in the form of hook and shoot bolt.
